By accessing this website or participating in any Strategy Doula service, program, workshop, assessment, cohort, coaching engagement, consulting engagement, or educational experience, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Purpose of Services
Strategy Doula provides leadership development, facilitation, organizational consulting, coaching, educational programming, assessments, and professional development services.
Our work is designed to support leadership growth, organizational effectiveness, team performance, learning, reflection, and human flourishing.
Our services are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or employment advice.
No Guarantees
We strive to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed guidance and meaningful learning experiences.
However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including business results, promotions, organizational performance improvements, employee retention, financial results, culture change, or other measurable outcomes.
Results depend on many factors beyond our control.
Assessments
Assessments offered by Strategy Doula are intended solely for educational and professional development purposes.
They are not clinical, psychological, medical, diagnostic, or employment-selection instruments.
Assessment results should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, compensation, disciplinary action, termination decisions, or mental health determinations.
Research and Benchmarking
By participating in Strategy Doula services, you acknowledge that Strategy Doula may analyze information derived from assessments, workshops, coaching engagements, consulting projects, surveys, feedback, and related activities for purposes including:

Benchmarking
Research
Educational content
Publications
Thought leadership
Methodology development
Development of new intellectual property
Strategy Doula will make reasonable efforts to aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify information before including it in research, benchmark reports, presentations, publications, or other public-facing materials.
No personally identifiable information will be publicly disclosed without explicit consent.
Payment and Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Workshop registrations are non-refundable.
Program registrations are non-refundable.
Assessment purchases are non-refundable.
Coaching fees are non-refundable.
Coaching Cancellation Policy
Coaching sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows are forfeited and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
Grounded Leadership Memberships
Grounded Leadership is a recurring subscription-based leadership development and coaching service.
Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis until canceled.
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits vary by tier and may include leadership support hours, between-session support, access to the Grounded Leadership Knowledge Vault, educational resources, and other benefits described at the time of enrollment.
Strategy Doula reserves the right to modify, expand, improve, or retire membership resources, materials, and benefits over time.
Leadership Support Hours
Membership support hours are available only during the active billing period in which they are provided.
Unused support hours do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Support hours may be scheduled in 30-, 45-, or 60-minute increments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Between-Session Support
Between-session support may be provided through email, text messaging, voice notes, or other communication methods depending on membership tier.
Between-session support is intended for brief questions, reflections, leadership challenges, and situational guidance.
Extended coaching, document review, project work, or consultation may be deducted from available support hours at Strategy Doula’s discretion.
Knowledge Vault
Membership may include access to the Grounded Leadership Knowledge Vault and related educational materials.
Access to the Knowledge Vault is provided as a limited, non-transferable license for the member’s personal and professional development.
Knowledge Vault materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold, shared publicly, incorporated into other training programs, or used to train artificial intelligence systems without prior written permission.
Founder Member Pricing
Founder Member pricing, where offered, is available to a limited number of early members.
Founder pricing remains in effect only while membership remains active and in good standing.
If a Founder Member cancels, allows membership to lapse, or later re-enrolls, the then-current membership pricing may apply.
Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and membership benefits will remain available until that date.
No refunds will be provided for unused support hours, partial billing periods, or unused membership benefits.
Cohorts and Community Spaces
Participants in cohorts, discussion groups, workshops, and community spaces are expected to engage respectfully and professionally.
Strategy Doula reserves the right to remove participants whose conduct is disruptive, harmful, discriminatory, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of the program.
Removal from a program does not create a right to refund.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided through Strategy Doula, including assessments, frameworks, methodologies, exercises, presentations, recordings, written materials, educational content, graphics, and proprietary tools, remain the intellectual property of Strategy Doula LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Participants may apply concepts, practices, and insights learned through Strategy Doula within their own work and leadership practice.
Materials may not be copied, redistributed, reproduced, licensed, published, sold, shared publicly, incorporated into training programs, or used to train others without prior written permission.
Testimonials and Feedback
Strategy Doula will only use participant testimonials, endorsements, feedback, or identifiable statements with permission from the individual providing them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategy Doula LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the website, participation in services, or reliance on information provided.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant or client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
